Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 82(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 82(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 82(JUD) am?"
